TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our shop is intended exclusively for consumers.

  • Consumer: Any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not related to their commercial or independent professional activity.

  • Entrepreneur: A natural or legal person, or a legally recognized partnership, acting in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity when concluding a legal transaction.

2. Contracting Party and Conclusion of Contract

The purchase contract is concluded with DreaM.

  • By listing products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract.

  • You can initially add products to your shopping cart and correct any entries before submitting the order using the provided correction tools.

  • The contract is concluded when you accept the offer by clicking the Order button.

  • Immediately after submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation via email.

3. Contract Language and Storage

  • The contract can be concluded in German or English.

  • The contract text, along with your order data and these Terms and Conditions, will be stored and sent to you in text form.

  • For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible online after completion.

4. Delivery Conditions

4.1 Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are added to the stated product prices. Details are displayed during the checkout process.

4.2 Delivery Options:

  • Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided during the ordering process.

  • Self-collection is not possible.

5. Payment

5.1 Prices:
The prices indicated at the time of your order are final total prices. No additional VAT is charged.

5.2 Payment Methods:
Various payment methods are available in the shop. (Details are not listed here in the T&Cs.)

6. Retention of Title

All goods remain the property of DreaM until full payment has been received.

7. Transport Damage

If goods are delivered with visible transport damage, please:

  1. Report the issue to the delivery service immediately.

  2. Contact DreaM without delay.

Failure to report transport damage does not affect your statutory rights.

8. Warranty and Guarantees

8.1 Statutory Warranty:
The statutory warranty applies.

8.2 Additional Guarantees:
Information about additional guarantees and their terms can be found with the respective product or on special information pages in the online shop.

9. Liability

DreaM is liable without limitation:

  • For damage caused to life, body, or health.

  • For intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty.

  • For guaranteed promises, where applicable, or under the Product Liability Act.

For breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties) due to slight negligence, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage at the time of contract conclusion. All other claims for damages are excluded.

10. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), available here: [Link to ODR platform].

DreaM is willing to participate in out-of-court settlement procedures before a consumer arbitration board.
