We appreciate your interest in our online shop. The protection of your privacy is very important to us. Below, we provide detailed information about how we handle your data.
1. Access Data and Hosting
You can visit our websites without providing any personal information. Each time a webpage is accessed, the web server automatically stores a so-called server log file, which contains, for example, the name of the requested file, your IP address, date and time of access, transferred data volume, and the requesting provider (access data) and documents the access. These access data are analyzed exclusively for the purpose of ensuring the trouble-free operation of the site and improving our offerings. This serves to safeguard our legitimate interests in the correct presentation of our offerings within the framework of a balancing of interests, pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
2. Data Processing for Contract Execution and Contact
2.1 Data Processing for Contract Execution
For the purpose of contract execution (including inquiries regarding and handling of any existing warranty and service disruption claims, as well as any statutory update obligations) pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, we collect personal data if you voluntarily provide it to us as part of your order. Mandatory fields are marked as such, as we need this data to execute the contract and cannot process the order without it. The data collected are visible in the respective input forms.
Further information about the processing of your data, in particular regarding transfer to our service providers for the purpose of order, payment, and shipping processing, can be found in the following sections of this privacy policy. After complete execution of the contract, your data will be restricted for further processing and deleted after expiration of the tax and commercial retention periods pursuant to Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR, unless you have explicitly consented to further use of your data pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR or we reserve the right to further use your data as legally permitted and explained in this policy.
2.2 Customer Account
If you have given your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR by choosing to open a customer account, we use your data for the purpose of creating the account and storing your data for future orders on our website. Deleting your customer account is possible at any time, either via a message to the contact option described in this privacy policy or through a function provided in the customer account. After deletion of your account, your data will be deleted, unless you have explicitly consented to further use pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR or we reserve the right to further use your data as legally permitted and explained in this policy.
2.3 Contact
In the context of customer communication, we collect personal data to process your inquiries pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if you voluntarily provide it to us when contacting us (e.g., via contact form or email). Mandatory fields are marked as such, as we need this data to process your inquiry. The data collected are visible in the respective input forms. After complete processing of your request, your data will be deleted, unless you have explicitly consented to further use pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR or we reserve the right to further use your data as legally permitted and explained in this policy.
3. Data Processing for Shipping
For contract fulfillment pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, we pass your data to the shipping service provider commissioned with delivery, as far as necessary to deliver the ordered goods.
Data transfer to shipping service providers for shipping notifications
If you have given us your explicit consent during or after your order, we provide your email address and phone number to the selected shipping service provider based on this consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, so that they can contact you prior to delivery for shipping notifications or coordination.
Consent can be revoked at any time by a message to the contact option described in this privacy policy or directly to the shipping provider at the contact address provided below. After revocation, we delete the data provided for this purpose, unless you have explicitly consented to further use or we reserve the right to further use your data as legally permitted and explained in this policy.

4. Data Processing for Payment Processing
For payment processing in our online shop, we work with the following partners: technical service providers, credit institutions, and payment service providers.
4.1 Data Processing for Transaction Processing
Depending on the selected payment method, we pass the data necessary to process the payment transaction to our technical service providers acting on our behalf, to the commissioned credit institutions, or to the selected payment service provider, insofar as necessary to execute the payment. This serves contract fulfillment pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Payment service providers may collect the data necessary to process the payment themselves, e.g., via their own website or via technical integration in the order process. In this case, the privacy policy of the respective payment service provider applies. For questions about our partners for payment processing and the basis of our cooperation, please contact the contact option described in this privacy policy.
4.2 Data Processing for Fraud Prevention and Optimization of Payment Processes
We may provide our service providers with additional data, which they, together with the data necessary to process the payment, use as our processors for fraud prevention and optimization of our payment processes (e.g., invoicing, handling disputed payments, supporting accounting). This serves to protect our legitimate interests in fraud prevention and efficient payment management pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
5. Email Advertising
5.1 Email Newsletter with Registration
If you register for our newsletter, we use the data required for this purpose or separately provided by you to send you our email newsletter regularly based on your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Unsubscribing from the newsletter is possible at any time, either via a message to the contact option described below or via a link provided in the newsletter. After unsubscribing, we delete your email address from the recipient list, unless you have explicitly consented to further use pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR or we reserve the right to further use your data as legally permitted and explained in this policy.
6. Social Media
6.1 Social Buttons from Instagram (by Meta)
Our website uses social buttons from social networks. These are embedded only as HTML links, so that no connection to the servers of the respective provider is established when accessing our website. Clicking on one of the buttons opens the social network’s website in a new browser window, where you can, for example, use the Like or Share button.

If processing occurs for direct marketing purposes, you can exercise this right at any time as described above. For other purposes, objection is possible only for reasons arising from your particular situation. After exercising your right to object, we will not process your personal data for these purposes unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or if processing serves the assertion, exercise, or defense of legal claims. This does not apply if processing is for direct marketing purposes.
